How long does setup take?
Most centers are up and running within a few days. Your free 30-minute onboarding call walks you through setup, and we help import your data.
Do you help me move my data?
Yes. We guide the move off your old system so nothing is lost. Sign up within 2 weeks of your demo and the migration is free.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. 30 days, and you do not need a card to start.

Who is ChildcareWow for?

Can staff and parents use it too?
Yes. There are friendly apps for owners, staff, and parents.
How many clicks to log attendance?
Two to three. We built it for busy classrooms.
Can I use just one product?
Yes. WowCare and WowInventory work great together and also stand on their own.

Who can see our information?
